We provide technical support at all collaboration stages between the customer and our company.

Technical support is intended for failure diagnosis of industrial intercom and PA/GA equipment and the system restoring to the normal operation in accordance with technical requirements.

It includes:

  • Troubleshooting incidents, including remote support via Team Viewer or WhatsApp
  • Support in configuration or re-configuration of installed equipment and systems
  • Providing with software updates
  • Access to technical documentation
  • Consulting on terms and conditions of service
