DIT Multifunction desktop digital call station is intended for use as a subscriber loudspeaker communication device of the DCN and ARMTELICS systems manufactured by Armtel LLC (Russia) at industrial and transport enterprises.

The DIT console is designed for use in metallurgical, chemical, oil refining, gas and oil production and other industries, as well as in transport.

The DIT console is installed in control rooms, office, remote rooms and operates at temperatures from minus 5 °C to plus 55 °C, with a relative humidity of up to 80 %.

DIT remote control can be equipped with a special fastener for mechanical connection and has a connector for electrical connection with the DIS remote control expansion unit (up to four expansion units).

DIT remote control uses a built-in broadband speaker to provide speakerphone communication. The speaker used provides loud and clear reproduction of voice messages.

DIT remote control design uses a non-removable highly sensitive electret microphone on a flexible gooseneck stand. The microphone design has a rigid fixed part and a movable flexible part for convenient adjustment of the microphone tilt during operation. For additional indication, a red LED ring is provided at the top of the microphone. The microphone is equipped with a windscreen, which makes the sound cleaner (to eliminate the appearance of unwanted whistling and other similar distortions). Also, due to the new location of the microphone, extraneous noise, vibration from the device’s workplace do not degrade the sound characteristics of the device.

An option for adjusting the microphone sensitivity has been added.

The special feature of the DIT remote control is the combination of flexibility of its programming with the ability to make changes to many functions on-site in accordance with customer requirements (the volume level of the handset and ringer, the brightness of the display, etc. can be changed).

As part of the ARMTELICS system, the DIT console provides the following functions:
establishing a connection with other subscriber communication devices of the ARMTELICS system using the telephone keypad or target buttons when the DIS Expansion unit is connected;
simplex communication with the help of a handset;
loud-speaking simplex communication with the help of integrated loudspeaker and gooseneck microphone;
configuration of operation parameters with the help of functional buttons;
conversation control using special buttons “*” and “#”;
adjusting the volume level of the main speaker, handset speaker and external speaker;
adjusting the sensitivity of the microphones;
connection of up to four DIS expansion units (up to 192 target buttons);
connecting an external speaker via an additional (external) amplifier.
