As part of the DCN or ARMTELICS Communication System. The DIS-LE console operates via the Uk₀ interface. As part of other communication systems, the DIS-LE console operates via the Up₀ interface. The DIS LE console is installed in control rooms, offices, control rooms and operates in the temperature range from -5°C to +55°C at a relative humidity of up to 80%. DIS-LE is intended for use in the metallurgical, chemical, oil refining, gas and oil production and other industries, as well as in transport.

As part of the ARMTELICS system, the DIS LE Remote Control operates under the control of the IPN-4LE remote connection line module (hereinafter referred to as the IPN 4LE module) via the Uk0 interface and provides the following functions:

connection to the IPN-4LE module via the U-interface;
simplex individual call using the Central Control via the SIP and Armtel-IP protocols;
indication of busy status, incoming and outgoing calls, and notification of an unanswered call via the SIP and Armtel-IP protocols;
one-way conversation control via the Armtel-IP protocol;
simplex call to the ACM-IP2 analog subsystem module with activation of control lines via the Armtel-IP and SIP protocols;
group simplex call via the SIP and Armtel-IP protocols;
playback of fragments via SIP and Armtel-IP protocols;
operation of the call priority system via SIP and Armtel-IP protocols;
adjustment of the volume level of the DIS LE Remote Control speaker;
recording of speech fragments in the local memory of the DIS LE Remote Control;
indication of notification of the second call;
operation of the functions “Parrot”, “Circular”, “Selector”;
recording of conversations;
operation via the SNMP protocol;
the ability to configure via the web interface.

In other communication systems, when connected via the Up0 protocol, the DIS LE Remote Control provides the following functions:

simplex individual call using the Central Control Center;
one-way conversation control;
indication of busy, incoming, outgoing and unanswered call;
group simplex call;
operation of the call priority system;
adjustment of the volume level of the DIS LE Remote Control speaker;
the “Fix” option for the DIS LE Remote Control buttons.
