ACM-IP3 Analogue subsystems module

ACM-IP3 Analogue subsystems module is designed to be used in systems of dispatching, operative process loudspeaker communication and public address ARMTELICS (manufactured by Armtel LLC, Russia) at industrial and transport enterprises. ACM-IP3 Analogue subsystems module enables to use analogue equipment and to interact with automation and alarm units.

ACM-IP3 is used at the enterprises of metallurgical, chemical, mining, gas and oil producing, metal-working and wood-working industry, and at facilities of the Russian Traffic Ministry, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Defence, etc.

ACM-IP3 provides conversion of a digital communication interface into an analogue interface to ensure loud-speaking operative process communication with subscriber intercoms equipped with an analogue interface, and ACM-IP3 also has 8 bidirectional control lines that enable the following:

–             connection of actuating devices with rated voltage of 48 V (e.g. 4x relay module);

–             reception of 8 control signals from external devices (e.g. from other ACM-IP3 modules).

  • functions of subscriber device in loud-speaking systems under Armtel-IP and SIP protocols providing reception and transmission of an analogue signal;
  • playback of voice messages recorded in the internal memory of terminal units;
  • sending a notification about line short circuit to subscribers that are configured to receive such notifications using the “events” function;
  • calling a group with line activation (up to 8 lines simultaneously) without sound playback/without playback of sound files;
  • duplication of incoming/outgoing traffic to the IP address specified in the parameters of the “intercom recording” function;
  • support of SNMP protocols provides the possibility to notify the server about any events on the device using broadcast packages sent by the device to the specified IP address;
  • Modbus TCP is used used to monitor the status of lines (activated/deactivated);
  • possibility available on the ACM-IP3 to play a fragment on itself or to make a call without activating the lines using the “call to oneself” function;
  • providing of calls priorities, set during configuration of the subscriber units, via SIP and Armtel-IP protocols.
